The method pen is a timeless piece with modern appeal. The all metal construction of this retractable black pen has been crafted with precision and features an elegant twist movement revealing a contrast of brass in its retracted position. 

The pen takes the popular Parker style G2 refill; this type of refill is readily available in multiple colours and lineweights to suit your needs. We supply the pen with a black 0.7 easyflow Schmidt refill - capable of 700 A4 sides of uninterrupted writing. The smooth German engineered rollerball action makes this ideal for everyday writing tasks and drawing.

Love the Method Pen

I really like the Method Pen. I love the minimalist design, it feels great in hand, is a nice weight and well balanced, good proportions and comfortable to write with. In general it feels like a premium product and a nice looking object. The latest version which I have takes both Parker G2 size refills (of which there are many to choose from) and also the excellent Schmidt P8126/P8127 rollerball refills so it is pretty versatile. It doesn’t fit cut down Pilot G2 size gel refills. The twist mechanism is fun to fiddle with, though it could perhaps be a little smoother, and it would be nice if there was more of a hard stop after retracting the pen before the whole thing starts to unscrew as I find myself unscrewing it accidentally sometimes. The P8127 rollerball refill is a little worse in this regard than the Easyflow. I found the customer service to be excellent, Simon was really helpful, even sending me photos showing the balance point of the pen in response to my query before purchase, and after purchase when I had an issue with the included Easyflow refill they got straight back to me and sent me another. Recommended.

Beautifully made and balanced writing instrument

A lovely writing tool with good weight and balance. A fantastic range of alternative refills are available although the standard fit meant is fine. No clip which I like but others may miss. Great value.
